Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage set at $20.00.
• Entitled to overtime pay, compliant with all applicable laws, subject to prior approval.
• Holiday compensation includes 1.5 times regular pay for hours worked on designated holidays plus 8 hours of holiday pay.
• Sick leave provides up to 40 hours of paid time off.
• PTO accrual begins at approximately 0.83 days monthly, includes 4 floating holidays and 9 observed paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing and maintenance inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to Hertz Gold Clean Standard for every vehicle.
• Operate outdoors under all weather conditions.
• Verify fuel levels and other vehicle fluids meet established standards.
• Transport vehicles within the lot as assigned.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
