Car Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and skilled Car Driver to safely operate and transport vehicles within non-commercial zones. The role involves ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained, following all safety and traffic regulations, and reporting any vehicle concerns promptly.

Key Duties

• Drive vehicles cautiously in non-commercial areas.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate and updated vehicle documents.
• Comply with traffic laws and company safety rules.
• Handle both manual and automatic transmission vehicles proficiently.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions and provide assistance with basic troubleshooting.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving Licence.
• Completed at least 10th grade education.
• Have a minimum of three years driving experience with four-wheelers.
• Strong familiarity with both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and minor troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of road safety standards.
• Own a bike and a smartphone.
• Provide original identification, address proof, educational certificates, and prior employment documents.

Compensation and Benefits

• Daily pay rate of ₹800, amounting to around ₹20,800 monthly based on 26 working days.
• Performance incentive up to ₹7,000.
• ₹125 reimbursement per PUD.
• Mobile expense allowance of ₹350.
• Overtime compensation of ₹50 per hour beyond standard working hours.
• Standard work timing is from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
