Role Overview

We are seeking a Car Detailer to uphold the highest cleanliness and maintenance standards for all vehicles entering our onboarding process. The ideal candidate will treat every vehicle with personal care, collaborate effectively with the team, maintain attention to detail, and be eager to learn.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pressure washing and shampooing car exteriors to remove dirt and grime.
• Steam cleaning, extracting, and vacuuming vehicle interiors to ensure thorough cleanliness.
• Polishing surfaces to remove swirl marks and scratches for a smooth finish.
• Applying tire dressing and maintaining the exterior finishes for aesthetic upkeep.
• Monitoring and maintaining the inventory of detailing tools and supplies proactively.
• Assisting in the continuous improvement of detailing procedures.
• Helping maintain a clean and organized workspace promoting efficiency and safety.

Desired Attributes and Qualifications

• Genuine interest in the automotive industry and desire to grow detailing skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional team player, able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Possession of a valid G2 or G driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Post-secondary education is considered a valuable asset.
• Capability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week), including potential overtime as required.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in automotive detailing is advantageous.
• Comfortable operating vehicles with manual transmission.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $20.00 CAD.
