Role Overview

The Vehicle Shuttler within Clutch's Production team is vital for smooth vehicle flow through onboarding and reconditioning stages. This position entails safely transporting cars between vendors, storage yards, and company facilities, contributing directly to inventory preparation and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport automobiles securely and punctually across designated locations including vendor sites, storage areas, and Clutch facilities.
• Assist vehicle onboarding and detailing teams as needed to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Help organize vehicle placement within warehouse and outdoor storage zones.
• Carry out routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any damages or issues observed.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and company guidelines when handling vehicles.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs documenting all vehicle movements.
• Aim to meet or exceed daily targets for shuttling and turnaround activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Production team to uphold inventory readiness standards.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Possession of a valid class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Competency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Prior experience in driving, warehouse management, or logistics is an advantage.
• Meticulous with a focus on safety and detail.
• Dependable, responsible, and capable of operating both independently and within a team.
