Role Overview
As a Campus Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a key member of our dynamic recruitment team focused on attracting exceptional talent for graduate programs in trading, technology, and quantitative business units, along with internship roles. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, supporting university recruiters by coordinating the entire interview and recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with candidates, recruiters, and business leaders.
- Organize and confirm interviews via phone and on-site, including coordinating office tours, lunches, and desk rotations.
- Arrange travel logistics for candidates when necessary.
- Welcome candidates during their visits and facilitate smooth interview experiences on-site.
- Share resumes and interview feedback efficiently with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Keep candidate data accurately updated within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Handle inbound communications and inquiries from candidates or internal staff professionally.
- Continuously enhance recruitment procedures, from minor process improvements to major initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of university recruiting events, dinners, and networking opportunities related to the internship program.
- Manage various ad hoc projects such as reporting, university research, and event coordination.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of experience in administrative assistance, event planning, coordination, or related roles; prior exposure to HR or university recruiting functions is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a creative approach to solutions.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and superior time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to work additional hours when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook (or similar scheduling applications), Word, and Excel.
- Availability for limited local travel is preferred.
