Job description
Role Overview
You will take charge of supervising the camera crew, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring smooth coordination on location.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visual coverage during operations, training sessions, and exercises in dynamic settings.
- Supervise drone operations, maintaining readiness and overseeing aerial filming training.
- Ensure maintenance readiness for cameras, production tools, and the filming studio.
- Perform filming and camera functions for both video and photographic outputs.
- Utilize cinematography techniques such as framing, lighting, and technical operation to fulfill production needs.
Challenges
- Manage multiple simultaneous production projects ensuring quality control and timely completion.
- Efficiently allocate limited resources to meet essential campaign demands without compromising standards.
- Adapt to real-time filming constraints in rapidly changing environments.
- Stay updated with the latest filming technologies to maintain a competitive operational advantage.
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred educational background in Film and Video Production, Mass Communication focusing on camera/video work, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in camera operation and filming activities.
- Ability to work autonomously with initiative in handling responsibilities.
- Resourcefulness and resilience under pressurized deadlines, with a strong commitment to high-quality output.
- Skilled in independent operation of HD or broadcast-quality cameras.
- Competent in intermediate video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Capacity to evaluate filming challenges and propose practical solutions.
