About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Cake Baker to join our team at our Avon, OH location. As a Cake Baker, you will prepare cakes of various sizes and flavors by adhering strictly to established recipes and time guidelines. This role requires maintaining appropriate inventory levels and ensuring efficient operation of the baking station with cleanliness and sanitation as priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cakes in all sizes and flavors following established standard recipes.
• Carefully remove baked cakes from pans, package, and store them in accordance with brand standards, ensuring proper rotation and freshness.
• Monitor and maintain baking inventory levels; communicate baking material and grocery needs to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized baking area, including equipment and tools.
• Fold and label boxes and containers used for baked goods.
• Communicate any equipment issues or maintenance needs to management immediately.
• Provide assistance to other departments as needed within the bakery.
