Cage Cashier

Job Overview

We are seeking a Cage Cashier to perform cashiering tasks within the cashier cage and Chip Bank operations at Resorts World Sentosa. The role involves managing cash flow functions, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Duties

• Carry out cashiering responsibilities at the cashier cage and Chip Bank.
• Execute duties related to Cage, Chip Bank, Controller, and Count processes.
• Assist customers with self-service kiosks, offering technical support and addressing minor technical issues.
• Deliver prompt and professional service to all customers, both internal and external.
• Be responsible for all financial instruments within the cage and chip bank, including performing daily balance reconciliations.
• Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Must meet the statutory age requirement of at least 21 years as per the relevant regulatory authority.
• Possess a minimum of GCE 'N' level certification or an equivalent credential.
• Experience in banking or cashiering functions is advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
