As a Café Team Member, you’ll engage in a mix of meal preparation, client interaction, and ensuring all operations meet health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Provide fast, courteous, and accurate customer service.
• Adhere strictly to food hygiene and safety practices, maintaining necessary documentation daily.
• Apply FIFO stock rotation to ensure freshness of food items.
• Receive deliveries and securely store food supplies.
• Comply with all company operational guidelines and policies.
• Prepare and serve menu items precisely as specified to uphold quality standards.
• Ensure availability of all menu products and consistent café standards.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, relaying relevant feedback to the Café Manager.
• Keep updated with business announcements and new initiatives.
• Clear and sanitize customer tables to sustain cleanliness and hygiene.
