About the Role

Join our café team where your day will blend preparation, cooking, and engaging with customers to enhance their experience. As a key member, you will uphold our standards by ensuring every dish meets safety and quality criteria while maintaining a welcoming and clean environment. This dynamic position comes with the advantages of flexible shifts, growth potential, and at least 8 guaranteed working hours weekly.

Timings are scheduled within specific weekly availability windows, with a minimum of three weeks' notice before shifts. We value flexibility and encourage candidates whose availability closely aligns with these periods to apply. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen tools and equipment.
• Deliver prompt, attentive service to customers.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene guidelines, keeping accurate daily logs.
• Apply first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock management to preserve freshness.
• Handle deliveries and ensure proper food storage.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures diligently.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items according to prescribed standards.
• Ensure the availability and quality of all food offerings.
• Have thorough knowledge of the café menu to provide accurate service.
• Address customer complaints effectively and communicate feedback to management.
• Stay informed about company updates and initiatives.
• Clean and sanitize tables to maintain café hygiene.
