KNS Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated, customer-oriented, and dependable Café Staff members to ensure seamless daily operations at our outlets.

Role Overview

The Cafe Staff role involves providing excellent customer service, managing order taking, preparing and serving food and beverages, supporting billing tasks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, overseeing stock management, and upholding KNS's service standards. The position demands collaboration, discipline, and efficiency especially during peak times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and courteously greet patrons.
• Assist customers in choosing menu items based on their preferences.
• Accurately take food and drink orders.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service.
• Address routine customer questions tactfully and escalate concerns to the Store Incharge or Manager when necessary.
• Ensure each customer enjoys a pleasant dining experience.

• Precisely record orders using the POS/Petpooja system.
• Communicate orders correctly to kitchen staff.
• Double-check orders before serving customers.
• Support billing and digital payment processing as assigned.
• Maintain accurate handling of cash and billing processes.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages following KNS recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to standard portion sizes and presentation criteria.
• Ensure food is delivered fresh and at the appropriate temperature.
• Practice first-in-first-out (FIFO) and proper storage methods.
• Minimize food wastage.
• Report any shortages, damaged goods, or quality concerns promptly to the Store Incharge.

Additional Information

The role emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and the capability to operate effectively during busy periods. Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards is essential.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 14000 to 20000 INR.
