Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated team members to join our cafe operation. You will interact directly with customers, assist in food and beverage preparation, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders attentively and suggesting additional items to enhance sales.
- Preparing and assembling food items such as waffles and pancakes, then serving them to customers.
- Upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in an open kitchen setting.
- Communicating effectively using basic English.
- Utilizing basic computer skills and operating billing systems efficiently.
- Keeping track of stock and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Making beverages including milkshakes and coolers from scratch.
- Participating in product training sessions provided upon selection.
