Position Overview

The Barista role is a full-time, on-location position in Hisar, responsible for crafting and serving coffee and other drinks, preparing café food items, and upholding cleanliness and orderliness in workspaces and customer areas. Responsibilities involve using coffee machines, managing counter orders, processing transactions, maintaining consistent quality, warmly welcoming guests, addressing menu inquiries, and offering swift, courteous service. Team collaboration and adherence to health and sanitation guidelines are essential to ensure a safe and inviting setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in barista skills, including drink preparation and fundamental coffee knowledge
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for engaging patrons and fostering positive connections
• Effective communication abilities for customer interaction and teamwork
• Food preparation capabilities with knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality is beneficial
• Capability to stand for long durations and operate effectively in a high-paced environment, managing busy periods calmly
• Basic cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
