Cafe Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cafe Manager who is dedicated to delivering outstanding food quality and first-class customer service. This role involves inspiring and guiding our team towards exceptional performance, working full-time at 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, delicious food meeting elevated standards.
• Lead culinary and catering staff to consistently provide excellent food and customer experiences.
• Manage catering operations including weekly business reporting, budget tracking, and executing strategic action plans.
• Maintain regular communication with your supervisor to review KPIs and objectives.
• Act as an ambassador for Compass Group UK&I, upholding a strong and positive brand image.
• Provide training and support to staff, leading by example to ensure outstanding performance.
• Enforce and periodically review Health & Safety practices to maintain full compliance across teams.

Candidate Profile

• Proven prior experience in a comparable managerial role.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• A passion for delivering excellent food and customer service.
• Solid financial understanding and acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene certification.
