About the Role
Chaileela (Roadrunner Foods Private Limited) is seeking a skilled and dependable Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe located in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will ensure top-notch customer service and smooth functioning of both the service and kitchen teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the cafe to ensure effective operation.
- Lead and coordinate efforts of service and kitchen staff.
- Maintain superior food quality standards and exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Manage employee attendance, schedule shifts, and delegate daily tasks efficiently.
- Keep track of inventory, manage stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Handle billing procedures, cash flow management, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Ensure the cafe meets cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and operational objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in managing a cafe or restaurant is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- In-depth understanding of cafe operational processes.
- A customer-centric mindset combined with accountability.
- Capability to efficiently oversee staff and daily operations.
Additional Information
Work Location: A-6 Block, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, situated opposite Indraprastha World School and near Rajmandir Hypermarket.
Salary: Monthly compensation between 25,000 and 30,000 INR.
