Job description
Role Overview
The Cadet Project Manager will join the Project team under the guidance of experienced project managers, gaining hands-on exposure to the complete project lifecycle of electricity transmission line construction and upgrades. Reporting directly to a Senior Project Manager, this role involves training to handle projects from initial scope through planning, execution, to successful completion with a focus on safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects end-to-end, encompassing estimation, planning, delivery, and finalization.
- Manage project financial aspects including budgeting, invoicing, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, field operations, and internal departments.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout all project phases.
- Assist with estimating, design, and scheduling efforts as necessary.
