Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to provide drafting and design assistance to Professional and Project Engineers on a variety of civil engineering projects including roads, residential and commercial developments, and schools.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support engineers by creating detailed drafts and design documentation using computer-aided design software.
- Translate initial rough sketches into precise working CAD documents suitable for civil engineering projects.
- Collaborate on land development, school, road, residential, and commercial projects to ensure accurate survey and mapping details.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
- Between one to five years of experience in roles such as Survey Technician or Analyst.
- Experience with drafting, surveying, and mapping methodologies.
- Background or experience related to land development and civil engineering projects including residential, commercial, schools, and roadways.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000, based on experience.
