Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and passionate Cabin Crew Trainer to become a vital member of our distinguished training team. This role centers on delivering engaging and effective instruction in Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP), Service and Hospitality, as well as Aviation Medical skills essential for cabin crew members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present compelling training programs focused on SEP, hospitality services, and medical procedures for cabin crew.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of cabin crew using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment that reflects Riyadh Air's values and standards.
- Ensure that all training complies fully with GACA (General Authority of Civil Aviation) regulations and standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ progressive experience in cabin crew training roles.
- Current or previous experience working as a cabin crew member is essential.
- Previous experience training cabin crew in either a part-time or full-time capacity is mandatory.
