Position Summary

We are looking for a refined and experienced Cabin Attendant to join our Business Aviation team in Singapore, delivering exceptional personalised service to VVIP travelers. This role demands a commitment to the highest safety standards and hospitality excellence on every journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard the wellbeing of passengers, manage cabin load, and oversee galley operations following the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and under the Commander’s authority.
• Serve as the main communication bridge between passengers and flight crew to facilitate smooth cooperation throughout the flight.
• Provide discreet, highly personalised service by anticipating and responding to passenger preferences with top-tier hospitality etiquette.
• Foster a welcoming, elegant, and comfortable cabin atmosphere consistent with premium Business Aviation standards.
• Participate in pre-flight briefings, ensuring understanding and adherence to all flight-specific procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of safety equipment, cabin condition, catering provisions, and report any issues promptly.
• Execute all safety and passenger service tasks per FOM and operational protocols.
• Prepare and maintain the cabin’s cleanliness, presentation, and comfort before each flight.
• Coordinate catering and stock the cabin appropriately based on individual passenger requests and preferences.
• Manage onboard inventories including supplies, amenities, and equipment for consistent availability and service.
• Perform post-flight checks to ready the aircraft for subsequent use.
• Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality with passenger and travel information, especially for VVIP clients.
• Comply fully with FOM, Air Navigation Order, company policies, and aviation regulations.
• Represent Jet Aviation professionally, exemplifying warmth, discretion, and impeccable service at all times.

Essential Qualifications

• At least five consecutive years of experience working with an international airline.
• Strong Commercial Business Class background is mandatory.
• Experience in Business or Corporate Aviation, First Class service, or Private Jet operations is highly beneficial.
• Exposure to Private Jet or VVIP cabin service preferred.
• Proven ability to provide highly personalised service to elite or high-net-worth passengers.
• Sound knowledge of cabin safety procedures and aviation operation standards.
• Excellent grooming, presentation skills, and professional manners.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and public holidays.

Physical and Work Environment Details

This role requires physical capability to perform essential duties in various working conditions including hangar environments, which may involve loud noise levels, vibrations, weather exposure, and encounters with fuel fumes. Temperature conditions can vary greatly across seasons, requiring adaptability.

Work Arrangement

This position is full-time and based onsite in Singapore with flexible work scheduling.
