Key Duties

• Manage daily butchery unit activities including meat processing, packaging, and storage, while leading and motivating warehouse staff effectively.
• Analyze stock on hand, conduct audits on inbound goods, reduce waste, and perform cost-benefit analyses to enhance profitability.
• Optimize warehouse workflow by coordinating shipments of temperature-sensitive products, organizing storage space efficiently, and maintaining butchery equipment and facilities.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Profound expertise in butchery operations with practical meat processing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of handling complex formulas, data operations, and creating detailed operational reports.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of independently managing, training, and motivating a team.
• Strong commercial insight to assess and manage the financial effects of yield, waste, and supply chain challenges.

Qualifications and Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center settings.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or food distribution sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control tools.
• Expert use of MS Excel and other reporting applications.
