Join Nestlé Kenya as a Business Process Specialist based in Nairobi, tasked with enhancing production administration, maintaining SAP data accuracy, managing stock, and ensuring compliance with GLOBE and T&P factory processes. Key Responsibilities

• Administer process orders and oversee transactions within the production system.
• Accurately record machine downtime, production outputs, and material usage.
• Maintain integrity and precision of SAP data and stock records.
• Conduct stock reconciliations and analyze variances to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Facilitate training for end users on SAP, GLOBE systems, and established process standards.
• Promote continuous process improvement and uphold adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess an NQF Level 5 qualification or Diploma in Production Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP and comprehensive factory processes.
• Proven ability in production administration and stock control.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and communication capabilities.
