Business Operations Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a junior Business Analyst to join the IT Applications team, contributing to the support and enhancement of our proprietary applications.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• A university degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or Computer Science is required.
• At least one year of experience as a Business Analyst involved in delivery and support of IT applications.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and preparing detailed documentation.
• A solid grasp of business needs with enthusiasm for business process analysis and redesign.
• Basic understanding of SQL, capable of writing and reading queries.
• Excellent verbal and written skills enabling effective stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and capability to invent practical solutions.

Preferred Credentials

• Possession of tCBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and product owners to collect business requirements for multiple applications and platforms.
• Ensure alignment between developers and business users by clarifying business needs.
• Convert business requirements into clear functional and technical documents.
• Develop and carry out test plans, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track, report, and manage project progress, issues, and risks to secure on-time completion of milestones.
• Support multiple application systems and platforms simultaneously.
• Adhere to organizational and project standards and guidelines.
