About the Role
JAM Event Services seeks a highly organized and commercially astute Business Executive to partner directly with the Managing Director in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This comprehensive role integrates executive support with business development, client relationship management, and internal coordination to drive the company's growth and operational effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance key client relationships by consistently following up on meetings, proposals, and project progress to identify opportunities for upselling JAM's staffing, recruitment, safety, training, and related services.
- Collaborate with Account Directors and operational teams to ensure client commitments are fulfilled, managing client requirements, proposals, and pending decisions diligently.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects, including agencies, event organizers, government entities, and strategic partners, through research, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain and manage a structured pipeline of business development opportunities, supporting the preparation of presentations, proposals, and pitches, and ensuring follow-through after meetings.
- Participate in internal and external meetings alongside the Managing Director, preparing agendas, researching relevant information, briefing the director thoroughly, and coordinating follow-up communications and implementation across departments.
- Assist in strategic projects by conducting research, developing reports and business cases, and supporting the implementation of new processes and initiatives.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Highly organized, commercially aware, and proactive in approach.
- Proficient in communicating effectively with senior clients and stakeholders, capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced events environment.
- Detail-oriented yet capable of maintaining a big-picture perspective; discreet and trustworthy handling sensitive business information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Events, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years experience in business management, account management, business development, executive support or consulting roles, preferably involving close work with senior executives or Managing Directors.
- Industry experience in events, hospitality, staffing, recruitment, or professional services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project and task management tools such as Monday.com is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

- Effectiveness in completing Managing Director action points.
- Timely and accurate follow-ups after meetings.
- Growth and maintenance of existing client relationships.
- Generation and conversion of new business opportunities into meetings, proposals, and contracts.
