Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and oversee agencies, hosts, and coin dealers independently.
- Engage and attract high-value individuals and ensure their continued involvement.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies with full responsibility for outcomes.
- Handle various daily operations pertinent to the business development function.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in business development within social networking platforms.
- Beneficial experience includes recruitment or management within the Live Streaming Industry, especially agency and host roles.
