Business Development Executive (Social App)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive for SOYO APP at Transsnet Music Limited, based in Ghana. This role centers on independently recruiting and managing key stakeholder groups including agencies, hosts, and coin-dealers, while developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain high-value resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently recruit and oversee agencies, hosts, and coin-dealers to ensure optimal engagement and performance.
• Proactively identify and acquire valuable resources essential for app growth and sustainability, with a focus on maintaining these relationships.
• Create and implement effective recruitment strategies, taking full responsibility for achieving targeted outcomes.
• Handle daily operational activities contributing to smooth business development and resource management.

Compensation Details

The salary ranges from 300 to 500 USD, complemented by KPI-based incentives. The total compensation aligns with achieving high-quality agency targets (N/N ratio).
