Candidate Profile
- A minimum of six months outbound sales or BDR experience, preferably within B2B services, SaaS, or the legal sector.

- Strong organizational skills combined with a high volume of daily activity.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and CRM platforms.
- An interest in legal services, sales development, and corporate business environments.
- Legal entitlement to work fully in England.
Benefits and Perks
- Competitive base pay complemented by an unlimited commission scheme.
- Clear growth and progression paths for exceptional performers.
- 25 days of annual leave excluding bank holidays.
- Paid sick leave, birthday leave, enhanced maternity and paternity leave benefits.
- Health and wellbeing allowance provided annually.
- Allocated budget for external education and professional development.
- Frequent team events including social gatherings, drinks, and celebrations.
