Role Description
In the position of Business Development Representative (w/m/d), the successful candidate will identify new business prospects, proactively engage with potential clients, and contribute significantly to the evolution of our sales efforts. This role involves key responsibilities throughout the early stages of the sales process.
Key Duties
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as IT managers, CIOs, and individuals responsible for digitalization.
- Initiate first contact through digital channels including email, LinkedIn, telephone, and industry events.
- Qualify leads based on technical specifications and business needs.
- Conduct discovery calls to systematically assess client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and enhance the lead nurturing process.
- Maintain accurate documentation, manage, and analyze customer and sales data using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Continuously monitor the market and perform competitive analysis within the IT domain.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or a similar qualification.
- Initial professional experience in IT sales, preferably with OTRS solutions or within the ITSM field.
- Strong understanding of IT service management, helpdesk solutions, and process automation.
- Proficient in popular sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English.

Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
