Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Telemarketer / Business Development Associate based in Kolkata. The successful candidate will conduct outbound calls to potential clients, present company services effectively, and generate qualified leads for the sales department. Key duties include explaining service features, addressing basic questions from clients, arranging appointments or follow-up conversations, and maintaining accurate call logs.

This role demands professionalism during conversations, cultivating initial interest, and aiding the sales team by coordinating internally. Meeting daily and weekly call quotas and contributing to broader business development objectives are essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement capabilities to professionally connect with prospects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency to convey information clearly and confidently.
• Competence in sales techniques and appointment scheduling to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and organize meetings.
• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking software, and basic computer skills such as email, spreadsheets, and record keeping preferred.
• The candidate must be able to work on-site in Kolkata, adhere to performance goals, and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
