Primary Responsibilities

• Create high-grade sales opportunities through targeted outreach efforts including calls, emails, and social platforms.
• Assess and qualify potential leads within both existing clients and new prospects; manage and own the prospecting process.
• Hold advanced discussions with both technical and business decision makers to uncover pain points, objectives, and impacts.
• Analyze and document prospects’ organizational structures, key personnel, and current technologies in Salesforce accurately.
• Collaborate regularly with Account Executives for account strategies and with Field Marketing to align messaging and lead generation.
• Consistently meet daily key performance indicators for communication volume and monthly goals for generating outbound qualified meetings.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in outbound sales roles.
• Strong enthusiasm for technology combined with aptitude for learning and conveying technical knowledge.
• Superior communication skills suitable for tailoring sales and marketing messages to diverse audience segments.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
• Motivated by performance metrics and eager to advance into higher sales positions like Account Executive.
