Role Overview

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) sales team. This role plays a vital part in generating qualified sales leads and opportunities, directly supporting our ambitious goal of transforming workforce management. This is a remote position available across Australia, offering a competitive base salary of $80,000 with on-target earnings around $137,600 and a potential to exceed 140% of targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Meet and surpass established sales objectives to fuel company growth.
• Discover and qualify decision-makers within prospect organizations to establish foundational sales relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transfer and development of high-potential sales leads.
• Conduct account research to identify key contacts and spark their interest.
• Maintain and expand a prospect database aligned with assigned market segments.
• Support engaging virtual product demonstrations to prospects as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year experience in high-volume outbound B2B sales.
• Familiarity with sales and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently.
• Strong telephone communication skills with resilience for extended calling sessions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Effective listening and presentation aptitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
