  • Book qualified meetings for clients by connecting with appropriate prospects.
  • Manage outreach for several technology startups simultaneously, adapting messaging and strategies to each client’s needs.
  • Qualify sales opportunities by identifying prospects that fit the client profile and uncovering business requirements through probing questions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, schedule follow-ups, and manage daily sales pipelines.
  • Take ownership of daily activity and results, ensuring consistent attention to every sales opportunity.
  • Participate in continuous sales coaching and training while collaborating with the sales team to enhance performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven individual with a competitive spirit.
  • Comfortable with making a large volume of outbound calls daily.

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Coachable and eager to learn and improve.
  • Organized and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to challenge oneself and step outside comfort zones.
  • Prior sales or business development experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Authorized to work in Canada and available for onsite work at the Vancouver office.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000 CAD.
  • Uncapped commission structure offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
  • Continued coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Exposure to innovative, high-growth technology startups across multiple industries.
  • Clear pathways for career advancement as the company expands.
  • Supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
  • Health benefits and complimentary unlimited Celsius Energy drinks.
