Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and thoughtful Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. As the initial touchpoint for potential clients, you will research prospects, build relationships at various organizational levels, and support revenue generation by laying a strong foundation for sales through excellent communication and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients within targeted markets through in-depth research and develop a reliable lead pipeline.
- Execute high-volume outbound initiatives, including personalized cold calls daily, engaging key decision makers in their native language.
- Utilize consultative discovery methods with open-ended questioning to identify challenges related to global hiring and compliance.
- Connect with prospects via phone, email, and social media channels to spark interest in RemotePass offerings.
- Address objections patiently and empathetically, turning challenges into opportunities for collaboration and value delivery.
- Support prospective clients by understanding their requirements and crafting engaging messaging to arrange introductory discussions.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for sales executives or managers.
- Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions and status updates within the CRM platform.
- Work towards daily outreach and monthly pipeline objectives with emphasis on quality and team contribution.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine engagement strategies and share best practices.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes to optimize communication techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum two years’ experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a comparable role, preferably in technology or SaaS sectors.
- Fluent professional or native-level proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at navigating complex business situations and cultural nuances.
- Comfortable operating in high-volume outbound environments, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during extensive call sessions.
- Superior active listening capabilities with the agility to adapt conversations in response to prospect input.
- Skilled at handling objections gracefully while remaining curious rather than defensive.
- A motivated and client-focused mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Excellent time management to balance heavy calling duties and thorough lead research and preparation.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for effective lead management.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
