We are searching for an Enterprise Business Development Representative fluent in German to work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner teams to generate strong opportunities across EMEA. This full-time hybrid role based in London involves proactive outreach, lead qualification, and creating compelling communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound prospecting within enterprise accounts to secure new business opportunities.
• Qualify inbound leads attentively to arrange meetings across various organizational levels.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate strategic account plans.
• Document all sales activities and maintain lead data accurately within the CRM and other prospecting platforms.
• Effectively articulate Fivetran's value proposition and demonstrate how it aligns with client business objectives.
• Consistently meet inbound and outbound KPIs while efficiently managing time and competing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience successfully conducting outbound sales engagement with large enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in qualifying both inbound and outbound leads to maximize sales efficacy.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills, including fluent German.
• Strong curiosity and a problem-solving mindset focused on customer challenges.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in understandable terms.
• Comfort with achieving call, email, and meeting targets on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Self-driven and proactive approach, embodying a take-charge attitude.
