Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will join the sales team and collaborate closely with marketing to uncover new sales leads. We seek a driven individual with sharp business insight, a solid technical background, and natural sales talent. Confidence, discipline, and persistence in pursuing new clients are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and nurture qualified sales prospects.
- Collaborate with inbound marketing to foster customer and prospect connections.
- Implement outbound prospecting strategies and qualify leads consistently to meet and surpass monthly targets.
- Record sales activities accurately in Salesforce.com.
- Partner with Account Executives to expand territory and build a strong sales pipeline.
Candidate Qualifications
- Receptive to guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- A strong desire to develop a career in sales.
- Proven ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone, overcoming common challenges in lead generation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commanding presence.
