Role Summary
We seek a full-time Business Development Representative based in Dublin to support pipeline growth across Commercial and Enterprise sectors. This role follows a hybrid model, requiring 2-3 days onsite weekly for collaboration. The BDR will work closely with Sales Directors to identify and engage target accounts, conduct personalized outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video, and engage modern data leaders and technical buyers evaluating cloud data infrastructure and analytics strategies.

Main Responsibilities
- Drive qualified pipeline by executing outbound prospecting on targeted accounts.
- Perform in-depth research of accounts, industries, and personas to tailor personalized outreach.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors on account strategies and prioritize high-opportunity prospects.
- Conduct multi-channel outbound campaigns including phone, email, LinkedIn, and video engagements.
- Lead discovery conversations to identify business challenges, technical pain points, and initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders across data, analytics, engineering, IT, RevOps, and executive levels.
- Maintain updated records of outreach activities, contacts, and opportunities within Salesforce.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and sales leaders to enhance pipeline quality.
- Leverage AI and other sales technologies to increase prospecting efficiency.
- Consistently meet and often exceed predefined activity, meeting generation, and pipeline targets.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 9 months experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to comprehend and clearly explain technical concepts in data, analytics, cloud, and AI infrastructure domains.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded engagement across accounts.
- Strong organizational aptitude managing multiple accounts and prioritizing effectively.
- Comfortable utilizing AI such as ChatGPT and various sales engagement platforms to enhance messaging and productivity.
- Coachability, curiosity, resilience, and motivation geared towards success in a high-performance sales environment.
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into data, analytics, engineering, or IT departments.
- Familiarity with modern data stack technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or cloud data warehouses.
- Proficiency with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Gong.
- Background in high-growth SaaS companies with demonstrable outbound pipeline generation success.
