Overview
Gearset seeks seasoned Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join their expanding Sales team. This role focuses on crafting outreach strategies and prospecting for high-value enterprise accounts. It offers a chance to deeply understand Gearset's enterprise solutions and influence how pipelines and growth are driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers, qualifying leads for the Key Accounts team.
- Establish rapport with prospects by uncovering their needs and challenges.
- Contribute to expanding the sales pipeline by creating qualified opportunities.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of Gearset’s offerings and the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Account Based Marketing teams to meet shared objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in leveraging technology for email cadences and prospect mapping.
- Innovative thinker who designs effective outreach strategies.
- Motivated to advance a sales career within the Salesforce domain.
- Results-driven with a commitment to meeting targets and contributing to team achievements.
- Effective time management skills and diligent record keeping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or alternative CRM software.
- Background targeting medium to large-scale prospects.
- Prior experience in outbound BDR roles or full cycle sales positions.
Compensation and Benefits
- On-target earnings of £42,000 with uncapped commission potential.
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible hybrid work arrangements (typically 2-3 days in the office weekly).
