We value individuals who are driven, curious, resilient, and adaptable, consistently striving to improve and achieve ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a robust pipeline by utilizing phone calls, emails, research, and strategic outreach techniques.
- Maintain high levels of outbound prospecting activity, including cold calling as a fundamental approach.
- Conduct targeted research into districts, priorities, and key decision-makers to tailor your outreach effectively.
- Initiate impactful conversations to identify challenges and assess new sales opportunities.
- Generate outbound leads independently rather than relying solely on incoming inquiries.
- Follow up diligently with prospects and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize around territories and accounts.
- Take ownership of your results, engage in regular performance reviews, actively seek coaching, and pursue continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong aspiration to establish a long-term career in sales.
- Enthusiasm for prospecting, competition, and initiating new opportunities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and effective engagement of decision-makers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and surpass sales and pipeline goals while embracing ongoing personal development.
- Ability to handle rejection and setbacks professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Resourceful and curious, with the initiative to forge ahead despite challenges.
- High coachability, reacting promptly to feedback with actionable changes.
- Dedication to enhancing sales skills continuously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
- Experience of 1 to 2 years in sales, business development, prospecting, or related disciplines is advantageous.
