Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our expanding Marketing Business Development team focused on creating qualified opportunities for our Sales teams. This role requires working collaboratively with sales and marketing colleagues to identify sales-accepted leads through both inbound and outbound activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture both inbound and outbound sales leads, promptly responding to product queries.
- Use strong research and planning skills to engage prospects meaningfully and generate new leads.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads to convert initial interest into sales-accepted leads.
- Manage email campaigns aimed at generating new sales prospects.
- Conduct cold-calling campaigns to create fresh sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of communications with current and potential customers utilizing Salesforce.com.
- Arrange demonstrations between the Sales team and potential customers.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of three years of experience in business development within the technology sector, preferably cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in initiating new relationships through cold calling and email prospecting.
- Success in goal-oriented environments is preferred.
- A highly motivated, competitive individual with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud-deployable solutions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, outreach platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
