Role Overview

The company seeks a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to strengthen its commercial team. The primary responsibility is to drive new business by conducting proactive outreach and orchestrating targeted campaigns to set qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct focused outbound campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments for the BD team.
  • Place at least 60 calls daily, alongside strategic email and social outreach efforts.
  • Identify and research prospective clients across important target sectors.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, leads, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with marketing and BD teams to enhance messaging, targeting, and lead quality.
  • Engage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up, ensuring a strong and positive brand impression.
  • Surpass weekly and monthly activity and meeting goals.
  • Keep current with RCK’s service offerings and market developments to effectively communicate the company's value.

Candidate Profile

  • At least one year of experience in telephone-based sales, telesales, or lead generation preferred.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls and engaging prospects via multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with quick rapport-building skills.
  • Result-oriented, resilient, and driven by targets.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and adept at time management.
  • Collaborative team member with a proactive learning attitude and ambition to grow.
