Business Development Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Officer proficient in Kazakh to drive international expansion and enhance our market footprint in various countries. This role emphasizes business growth, relationship cultivation, and the implementation of strategies aligned with overall corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and support departmental KPIs consistent with corporate goals, and design action plans to fulfill these targets
• Facilitate market entry and growth initiatives in existing and new operational regions
• Establish and nurture robust relationships through regular interactions and continuous engagement
• Detect new business avenues and assist in crafting customized strategies tailored to each market
• Advocate company offerings and maintain comprehensive insight into competitors' products and services
• Engage in events, seminars, and promotional endeavors across multiple countries
• Develop presentations, reports, and analyze market data to aid strategic decisions
• Mentor, inspire, and guide team members to promote high efficiency and performance

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related business field
• Demonstrated experience in business development, partner relations, or comparable roles
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; proficient English language skills are essential
• Self-driven with a strong results orientation
• Ability to perform effectively under stress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities with the aptitude to influence key stakeholders
• Strong client management, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
• Proficient leadership and management skills
• Comfortable with computer usage
