Job Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and deepen account penetration by acting as a strategic partner to Financial Services MDs and C-level executives, establishing and expanding client relationships.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across cold leads, new prospects, and current accounts by leveraging knowledge of industry trends, client requirements, and market insights to customize sales strategies.
- Use a self-directed approach to sales utilizing research, market analysis, and platforms such as HubSpot to generate leads and engage prospects.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure autonomously, with a goal to exceed sales targets.
- Focus on winning new business, expanding key customer accounts, and cultivating value-based long-term relationships.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in consultancy roles, preferably within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Commodities sectors.
- Proven success in acquiring new clients, supported by concrete examples.
- Experience developing business development strategies tailored to individual clients, industry trends, or market demands.
- Highly self-sufficient in identifying sales opportunities and supporting business development concepts.
- Strong creative thinking and robust qualification capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience cross-selling various products or services.
- Analytical competence with abilities in forecasting, budgeting, and interpreting sales data.
- Track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Resilient attitude with openness to constructive feedback and adaptability to change.
- Intelligent, empathetic, and inquisitive regarding emerging markets.

Additional Information
This permanent role offers a hybrid workplace model requiring two days onsite in London and remote work the remainder of the week. The salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 base, accompanied by an uncapped commission structure with an on-target earnings potential reaching £100,000. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and occasional travel requirements. Applicants must have the legal right to work and reside in the United Kingdom.
