AI Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Manager to spearhead the AI strategy and delivery within a hybrid working setup combining Dublin/Cork locations and remote engagement. The candidate must bring over ten years of relevant expertise, particularly with a background in the Utilities or Energy sectors, and practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI teams on a daily basis to ensure efficient project execution.
• Oversee management and coordination of both in-house and supplier-provided AI resources.
• Prioritize project pipelines and backlog to align with organizational goals.
• Engage actively with stakeholders and implement governance frameworks to maintain project integrity.
• Articulate and demonstrate business case values attached to various AI initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience relevant to AI strategy and delivery.
• Proven ability in managing and delivering AI-focused projects.
• Strong expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive AI strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Copilot in AI projects.
• Deep knowledge and experience within the Utilities or Energy sector.
• Capable of collaborating with governance bodies and diverse stakeholders.
