Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for the Makkah Region Cluster of Fakeeh Care Group. This role focuses on expanding hospital and medical center services by identifying new business prospects and fostering strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute business development strategies targeting the Makkah region to boost service offerings and market share.
- Locate and pursue new opportunities that support hospital and medical center expansion.
- Establish and nurture relationships with corporations, government bodies, insurers, employers, and healthcare collaborators.
- Create referral networks involving physicians, clinics, and hospitals to increase patient flow.
- Identify potential expansions for new clinics and additional services.
- Collaborate intensely with Operations and Medical Leadership to address service gaps and plan growth initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing teams to design campaigns to enhance patient volume and brand visibility.
- Manage contract negotiations and alliances with external partners effectively.
- Track competitor activities, industry trends, and healthcare developments to maintain competitiveness.
- Align all business development efforts with organizational strategies and compliance requirements.
- Generate monthly reports on business development including pipelines, opportunities, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking functions, and corporate meetings.
- Assist in tender applications and strategic proposals in both governmental and private sectors.
- Utilize CRM data actively to uncover untapped growth opportunities such as lapsed patients and unconverted leads.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficient in computer applications to support business processes.
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate opportunities and challenges.
- Experienced in project management to handle multiple initiatives efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation capabilities to secure advantageous agreements.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate relations, commercial strategy, or healthcare business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
