Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to contribute to the worldwide expansion of our token liquidity provision services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure deal flow from both new and existing crypto protocols that need liquidity providers on centralized exchanges.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the global crypto ecosystem and build a robust network of crypto-native partners across diverse sectors.
- Manage projects end-to-end, starting from initiating discussions to onboarding and supporting trading launch.
- Collaborate closely with the trading team to design and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Act as an ambassador for Cumberland at global industry conferences and events.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the crypto industry context.
- A strong track record in liquidity provision is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional drive, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to operate under urgency.
- Demonstrated capability to thrive as a team player in fast-moving, high-pressure situations.
- Utilizes data analysis to inform decision-making and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities.
- Well-organized with capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven initiative and independent project management skills to completion.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a significant benefit.
