Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position is based in Blanchardstown, Dublin. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and qualifying new business prospects in the credit union and retail sectors, managing a robust sales pipeline. Key duties include negotiating terms, supporting contract finalization, and nurturing ongoing client relationships to boost customer satisfaction and increase revenue. The role also involves regular sales performance reporting, forecasting, and active involvement in industry networking events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven expertise in business development and sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing of B2B transactions.
• Experience relevant to banking, payments, financial services, or retail technology is preferred, especially knowledge of ATM deployments or payment systems.
• Capability to work on-site in Blanchardstown with willingness to travel across Ireland, collaborate across teams, and handle various tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and common office productivity software for managing leads, drafting proposals, and sales reporting.
• Prior employment in a Business Development Manager capacity or comparable role.
