Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager based in Saudi Arabia, who will drive growth by identifying and cultivating partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and other educational institutions. This role entails generating leads, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating agreements, and ensuring sales objectives are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and develop new business opportunities with educational partners.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing institutional clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to customize client solutions.
- Collect and relay market feedback to support product enhancements.
- Provide regular reports on sales pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent Extramarks at industry events and in meetings with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in business development and sales, including lead generation, relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Strong capabilities in market research, opportunity assessment, and strategic planning focused on education sector growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with decision makers.
- Effective organizational and time management skills for handling multiple client accounts and sales cycles.
- Preferably experienced in education technology or related fields, with familiarity selling tech-driven solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related areas; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia in a results-driven environment, with willingness to travel regionally as necessary.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or additional regional languages are a plus.
