Harnessing technology, we deliver these solutions via our website, mobile apps, and telephone support. Last year, over 300 million individuals accessed our currency information services, and more than 225,000 customers utilized our platform to send money internationally.
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. This key role focuses on generating new business revenue by targeting specific corporate sectors.
Our Core Values

- Community: We nurture trust, authenticity, and a sense of belonging, encouraging active contributions to our collective environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients within chosen verticals to build a reliable and sustainable pipeline of new business.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact and needs discovery, through tailored solution development, negotiation, and final deal closure.
- Conduct solution-focused discussions covering payments, foreign exchange (FX), and risk management, positioning Xe as a strategic partner rather than just a provider.
- Establish and nurture strong working relationships with crucial decision-makers such as CFOs, Finance Directors, and Treasury teams.
- Maintain precise oversight of pipeline activities, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools, ensuring transparency of opportunities and target achievements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments including sales support, onboarding, dealing, marketing, and partnerships to guarantee smooth client onboarding and activation.
- Continuously enhance market insight, competitor understanding, and specialization within targeted verticals to discover new avenues for growth.
Position Requirements
- Relevant experience and expertise aligned with driving corporate sales/business development, particularly in payments, FX, or financial solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior financial stakeholders including CFOs and treasury personnel.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end complex sales cycles.
- Competency in using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and forecast targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with strategic solution selling capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute positively to company culture and community.
Perks and Benefits
- Competitive salary and performance-based discretionary bonuses.
- Starting with 23 days annual leave, increasing yearly up to 28 days.
- Paid time off on your birthday.
- 4% employer contribution towards pension schemes.
- Discounted participation in the Euronet Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP).
- Life insurance, income protection, and critical illness coverage.
- Healthcare benefits.
- Access to Plumm mental health and wellbeing resources.
- One volunteering day annually supported for a charity of your choice.
Inclusion and Accessibility
We prioritize creating an inclusive and diverse workplace, welcoming candidates from all backgrounds. Our recruitment process is designed to be free of barriers and fully accessible. We are happy to make accommodations for disabled individuals, neurodiverse candidates, or those with long-term health conditions. Please contact us ahead of any assessments or interviews for support or alternative arrangements.
