You'll identify potential clients for services like Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX design, SEO, PPC, and Digital Marketing, gaining valuable hands-on experience in B2B sales outreach, CRM management, and market research.
Responsibilities
- Research and pinpoint potential clients interested in IT and digital services using platforms such as LinkedIn, Clutch, Google, and business directories.
- Create and maintain organized databases of qualified prospects with spreadsheets and CRM software.
- Conduct market research to target industries, startups, and companies with digital needs.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and company analysis.
- Schedule introductory meetings or calls for the Business Development team with prospective clients.
- Keep accurate CRM records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and pipeline status.
- Support outbound lead generation and personalized outreach initiatives.
- Track performance metrics including response rates and lead conversion.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing lead generation activities and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to uncover opportunities and enhance outreach tactics.
- Stay informed about trends in IT services, AI, SaaS, E-commerce, and digital marketing.
