Role Overview
They are expanding their sales team and seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive at the outset of their career. The role involves becoming the primary contact for new prospective clients, initiating conversations with businesses dissatisfied with their current IT services to explore improved solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential SME clients within sectors like manufacturing, retail, and distribution.
- Engage decision-makers through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct discovery discussions to understand prospects' existing IT setups and challenges.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the broader sales team.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals.
Candidate Profile
- No prior IT experience required; comprehensive training on technology will be provided.
- Comfortable and confident communicating over the phone with business owners and management.
- Curious about business operations and interested in identifying operational hurdles.
- Resilient, self-driven, and able to handle rejection calmly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen interest in technology and eager to learn rapidly.
