About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join a leading software company based in Sheffield. The position adopts a hybrid working model, requiring three days onsite and two days remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new business while increasing revenue from existing clients
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in target organizations to influence purchasing decisions
- Conduct compelling, value-oriented product demonstrations emphasizing return on investment
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Keep CRM data, sales forecasts, and activity records accurate and up to date
- Stay informed about product innovations, industry trends, and competitor activities
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in sales roles demonstrating successful management of the full sales cycle with B2B customers

Compensation and Working Conditions
